RAÍZCON has a qualified and multidisciplinary team, composed of professionals specializing in their respective fields, such as engineers, geologists, biologists, chemists, and others. This multidisciplinary approach is fundamental to developing the solutions offered by the company.

Felipe Prenholato – Executive Director
Environmental and Urban Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Science and Technology from the Federal University of ABC – UFABC, and a Occupational Safety Engineer. He holds specializations in Integrated Management Systems (IMS), Environmental Licensing, and Environmental Law. He entered the market as an environmental consultant in 2014 and, since then, has worked on several highly complex projects in the environmental field, mainly in environmental licensing and contaminated site management. He has experience in meeting the technical requirements of environmental agencies, having managed projects for large national and multinational companies. He seeks to contribute to the environmental market by creating content through social media, conveying environmental topics in a simple and didactic way, as well as teaching technical courses and giving lectures at Brazilian universities. Currently, he serves as Executive Director of RAÍZCON, bringing his knowledge and strategic business vision to the environmental market, in order to assist entrepreneurs with environmental issues.

Jean LT Correia – Operations Director
Specialist in Contaminated Site Management, Sustainable Urban Development, and Brownfield Revitalization, from the University of São Paulo – USP; Environmental and Urban Engineer and Bachelor of Science and Technology, both from the Federal University of ABC – UFABC. Also holds a degree in Occupational Safety Engineering. He has worked in the environmental field since 2012, coordinating projects involving contaminated site management, environmental audits, environmental licensing of large-scale projects, and various environmental studies. He has provided services to over 80 companies in different market sectors (industries, port terminals, civil construction, agribusiness, and mining), working on and managing highly complex projects for large companies throughout Brazil. Currently, he serves as Operational Director of RAÍZCON, assisting clients, seeking the best solutions for the development of specific projects, bringing the best in environmental technology, and providing due diligence to meet the requirements of environmental agencies.

Bianca Escobosa - Project Coordinator
A geologist graduated from the University of São Paulo (USP) and holds an MBA in Geotechnical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC Minas). She has worked in the environmental field since 2017, focusing on the management of contaminated areas, especially in investigation projects, diagnostics, environmental audits, and studies for large-scale projects. Throughout her career, she has acquired solid experience in meeting the technical requirements of environmental agencies, leading projects for national and multinational companies. Currently, she works as a Project Coordinator at Raízcon, playing a strategic role in team leadership, technical direction of activities, and direct interface with clients, ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and alignment with regulatory demands.

Lissandra Ito – Project and Quality Manager
PhD in Chemical Engineering, Research and Development of Chemical Processes, from the Federal University of São Carlos – UFSCar, specialist in Environmental Pollution Control Engineering, University of São Paulo, Public Health – USP. Since 2006, she has worked in project management focused on the management of contaminated areas, always with a focus on finding effective and sustainable environmental solutions. With solid experience in team leadership and coordination of strategic initiatives, she has stood out for her continuous pursuit of excellence, sustainability and improvement of environmental processes. Currently, she holds the position of Project Manager, leading the technical management and ensuring compliance with quality standards, focusing on results, innovation and excellence in all stages of the projects.

Rosângela Carvalho – Project Coordinator
Architect and Urban Planner from the University of Mogi das Cruzes (UMC) and postgraduate in contaminated site management from the National Service for Commercial Learning – SENAC. She has worked in the environmental field since 2004, mainly in contaminated site management (CSM), working in all stages of management for companies operating in various sectors of the economy, coordinating projects, managing teams, and interfacing with clients for the analysis and definition of technical scope in compliance with environmental agencies and current legislation. Currently, she works as a Coordinator at RAÍZCON, developing, coordinating, and monitoring the execution of environmental projects, together with the RAÍZCON team, seeking the best environmental solutions.

Thamiris Kohler Bez – Project Coordinator
Environmental and Urban Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Science and Technology from the Federal University of ABC (UFABC) and a degree in Occupational Safety Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP). She has training in Integrated Management System (IMS) Auditing from SGS Academy and Environmental Licensing in the State of São Paulo from the São Paulo State Environmental Company (CETESB). She entered the environmental market in 2018 and, since then, has worked on highly complex environmental projects, mainly environmental licensing, throughout Brazil, from the preparation of environmental studies and due diligence to the monitoring and fulfillment of environmental conditions. She has participated in large-scale licensing of linear infrastructure projects and has been part of teams responsible for preparing social studies. Currently, she works as a Project Coordinator at RAÍZCON, contributing her knowledge to the development of the team and new projects, and seeking the best environmental solutions for clients.

Ianny Vieira – Environmental Analyst
Bachelor's degree in Geology from the Institute of Geosciences at the University of São Paulo and postgraduate student in contaminated site management at the National Service for Commercial Learning – SENAC. She has training in Preliminary Assessment from the Environmental Company of the State of São Paulo (CETESB) and in Human Health Risk Assessment from the National Service for Commercial Learning – SENAC in partnership with the Association of Environmental Consultancies (AESAS). She has been working on environmental projects since 2018, mainly in the area of contaminated site management, being responsible for the technical execution of projects in industrial units of various sizes and segments, having direct contact with clients and their representatives. She has extensive knowledge in processes of description and characterization of the physical environment. Currently, she works as an Environmental Analyst at RAÍZCON, developing projects with the RAÍZCON team, seeking the best environmental solutions for the management of contaminated sites.

Fábio Toshio Dino – Environmental Analyst
Industrial Chemist from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Training in the Technological Risk Analysis, Evaluation and Management course at the Higher School of the Environmental Company of the State of São Paulo (CETESB). Has worked in the environmental field since 2019, mainly with contaminated site management (GAC), working in all stages of management, for companies operating in various sectors of the economy. Experience in preparing technical reports, data processing and fieldwork, such as manual and mechanized surveys, soil description, installation and sampling of monitoring wells and topographic surveys. Experience with work in classified areas, certification by NR20 Standard. Currently an Environmental Analyst at RAÍZCON, developing projects, conducting reports and technical inspections, communication with environmental agencies, among other services, with the RAÍZCON team.

Joyce Cardoso – Environmental Analyst
Environmental and Sanitary Engineer graduated from the Centro Universitário das Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU). She has experience in environmental consulting since 2022, participating in licensing processes and compliance with environmental conditions, licensing of linear works, water resource permits, waste management, preliminary assessment, and development of thematic environmental maps, using software such as QGIS. Currently, she works as an Environmental Analyst at RAÍZCON, developing reports, communicating with environmental agencies, among other services, alongside the RAÍZCON team.

Barbara Caroline T. Miguel – Environmental Analyst
Environmental and Sanitary Engineer graduated from the Centro Universitário das Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU). Currently, she is completing a postgraduate degree in ESG and Corporate Sustainability from the Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), focusing on sustainable practices in the corporate environment. She has experience in environmental monitoring and follow-up of construction projects, preparing technical reports and verifying compliance with environmental conditions. She works in the management of environmental licensing processes, including document review and dealings with regulatory bodies. She works in different sectors, such as waste management and the preparation of Reports on Potentially Polluting Activities (RAPP). Currently, she is an Environmental Analyst at Raízcon, developing projects, preparing reports, and other services with the team.

Vanessa Vitti Barbosa - Administrative and Financial Manager
A professional with a degree in Business Administration, a postgraduate degree in Financial Management, and over 15 years of solid experience in the fiscal and administrative areas. Her career is marked by the construction of efficient processes and mastery of routines that ensure stability in corporate operations. Throughout her career, she has consolidated expertise in internal controls management, compliance with tax obligations, and strategic administration, always guided by the accuracy and reliability of information. At Raízcon, she uses all this experience to guarantee organization, transparency, and security in administrative and financial management, conducting each stage with attention to detail, quality, and commitment to consistent results.

Kátia Nakamura Noda - Administrative Assistant
A graduate in Data Processing from FATEC-BS and in Financial Management from SENAC/SP, she built her professional career working in the administrative and financial areas, acquiring solid experience and technical knowledge. Her career is marked by the ability to integrate planning and control into corporate routines, always focusing on optimizing processes and supporting decision-making. At Raízcon, she applies all this expertise to strengthen the company's administrative structure, ensuring organization, efficiency, and support in every project undertaken.

Mônica Yoshimoto – Environmental Analyst
Civil Engineer with Emphasis in Planning and Environment from the São Paulo State University - Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP) and Specialist in ESG - Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance from the SENAC University Center. She has worked in the area of Contaminated Site Management (CSM) since 2022 in all stages and various sectors, such as real estate, industries and gas stations. Experience in preparing technical reports, monitoring and planning field activities, such as drilling, well installation, sampling and topographic surveying. Currently an Environmental Analyst at RAÍZCON, preparing reports and conducting field activities with the team.

Eduardo Palhano de Barros
Geographer graduated from the University of São Paulo (USP), with experience in environmental licensing, development and execution of environmental plans with traditional communities (PBAQ and PBACI), municipal master plans, geoprocessing, and environmental due diligence. Holds a specialization in Environmental Management and Environmental Expertise (SENAC–SP), as well as a degree in Social Communication and several short courses in the environmental field and social technologies. Since 2017, has worked in activities involving land use and occupation analysis, characterization of the physical and socioeconomic environment, preparation of technical reports, and interfacing with environmental agencies and stakeholders. Has experience in operating license processes for linear and point-specific projects. Currently, is an Environmental Analyst at RAÍZCON, where he develops projects focused on environmental licensing, conducts simplified environmental studies, neighborhood impact studies, geoprocessing, communication with licensing authorities, and supports the team in defining technical strategies and delivering solutions aligned with best practices in the sector.

Leonardo Souza – Logistics and Quality Analyst
Graduating in Environmental Engineering and Database Management. Focuses on specialization in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence applied to environmental management and logistics. Joined RAÍZCON, dedicating himself to the constant study of the intersections between the environment and information technology. Has experience in data manipulation and the application of AI tools for analytical support and optimization of logistics processes. Seeks to contribute to the market through innovative solutions, transforming data into intelligence to facilitate decision-making on environmental and operational issues. Currently, works as a Logistics and Quality Analyst at RAÍZCON, bringing his analytical vision and technological expertise to ensure efficiency and safety for the company's business.

Thiago Massayuki Ogawa
Professional working in Contaminated Site Management, with experience in environmental consulting since 2023. Develops technical activities focused on environmental characterization, including manual and mechanized drilling, installation of monitoring wells, lithological description, soil sampling, and excavation monitoring, following applicable practices and guidelines for the sector. Postgraduate student in Management at SENAC/SP, he is an Environmental Engineer graduated from Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz and a Chemical Technician from Escola Técnica Oswaldo Cruz. During his technical training, he gained experience in quantitative and qualitative analyses of groundwater samples for human consumption, in addition to developing methods for treating liquid waste from practical activities, broadening his integrated vision of environmental and laboratory processes. His work combines field experience, analytical skills, and mastery of environmental investigation and assessment stages, contributing to the development of consistent diagnoses, data organization, and support in technical reports. He stands out for his committed profile, attention to detail, and good communication with multidisciplinary teams.

Jessica Tiemy Kondo
A geologist graduated from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), with experience in the management of contaminated areas and the development of environmental studies applied mainly to the real estate sector. She has supplementary training in Vapor Intrusion from AESAS and in Contaminated Area Management from CEGEA/ESALQ–USP, in addition to several courses in the environmental field. Since 2020, she has worked in environmental investigation activities, fieldwork management, data interpretation, and preparation of technical reports. She has experience in environmental regularization processes for real estate developments, including interfacing with clients, partner consultancies, and suppliers, as well as active participation in consultations with public agencies. Currently, she is an Environmental Analyst at RAÍZCON, where she develops projects focused on the management of contaminated areas, conducts reports and technical inspections, communicates with environmental agencies, and supports the team in defining technical strategies and delivering solutions aligned with best practices in the sector.

Leticia Pavão Campos
Environmental Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Triângulo Mineiro (UFTM). She has experience in environmental management, licensing, and compliance with legal requirements, working on water resource concession processes, well drilling authorizations, preparation and review of environmental documentation, production of technical reports, environmental studies, and development of thematic maps using QGIS. She also has experience in monitoring water quality and managing environmental conditions. She worked as an Environmental Intern at Hydrus Ambiental, contributing to process optimization, interaction with environmental agencies, and improvement of approval times for concessions and licenses. In addition, she has experience in people management and environmental education projects through the Junior Environmental Engineering Company (ESAMB). Currently, she works as an Environmental Analyst at Raízcon, developing studies and technical reports, conducting compliance analyses, assisting in the management of conditions, and communicating with environmental agencies, contributing to the regularization and environmental viability of projects.

Jessica Taeko Sanches Kohara de Angeli
Master's degree in Environmental Science from the University of São Paulo (USP), Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Western São Paulo (UNOESTE), postgraduate degree in Laboratory Environmental Analysis from UNOESTE, and Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Santo Amaro University (UNISA). She has worked in the environmental field since 2021, with a focus on Contaminated Site Management (CSM), combining multidisciplinary technical training and applied experience. She has experience in various stages of CSM, including preliminary, confirmatory, and detailed investigations, interpretation of environmental data, preparation of technical reports, and development of thematic maps and technical drawings using AutoCAD and QGIS. She also has experience in field activities, such as monitoring boreholes, soil description, and supporting the installation and sampling of monitoring wells. Currently, she is an Environmental Analyst at RAÍZCON, contributing to project development, preparation of studies and reports, and participation in technical inspections, supporting the demands of contaminated site management and integrating the company's technical team.

Thifany Karoline Cardoso da Silva
Chemical Technician graduated from ETEC Dr. Celso Giglio and Bachelor of Chemistry from Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz (FOC). She entered the field in 2018, initially as a project intern, working on activities involving technical support, data organization, and monitoring of audit and project processes. She has experience in quality control routines, technical document management, process standardization, and operational support, as well as experience in logistics activities and interfacing with different sectors. Throughout her career, she has developed skills in critical analysis, organization, handling of technical information, and monitoring of internal workflows. Currently, she is a Logistics and Quality Analyst at RAÍZCON, where she monitors processes, standardizes procedures, and supports operations, contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency in the company's activities.

Beatriz Basse Oliveira
Beatriz works at Raízcon prospecting and qualifying opportunities, supporting the sales team in developing solutions aligned with client needs. With experience in sales strategy, market intelligence, and relationship building, she contributes to pipeline organization, indicator analysis, and improvement of the consultancy's internal workflows. A Chemical Engineer graduated from Centro Universitário das Américas (FAM), she has a track record in multinational and national companies, combining analytical vision and customer focus to strengthen Raízcon's commercial performance.

Carolina Saran
Graduating in Environmental Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar). Throughout her academic career, she has carried out extension activities in the areas of water quality monitoring and environmental geotechnics. She has also worked in leadership and organizational roles in social and university projects, involving strategic planning, team coordination, and document preparation. She has practical experience with technical tools such as AutoCAD, QGIS, and Microsoft Office. Currently, she is a Trainee at Raízcon, working on the creation of figures, conducting reports, and other services with the team.

Gabriela Brum Torres
Graduated in Building Construction from Etec Getúlio Vargas and a student of Building Construction at Fatec Tatuapé. A professional with field experience in the civil construction area, currently working as a Drafter in the contaminated site management sector, creating thematic figures and contributing to specialized technical projects.

Fabio Genari da Silva
Training from ETE Getúlio Vargas as a Technician in Environment and Environmental Sanitation. Professional with consolidated experience in the environmental field, at Raizcon, working in the monitoring of drilling, installation and monitoring of wells, water and vapor sampling and monitoring of remediation systems. Possesses leadership skills in field teams and strong knowledge of operational and environmental procedures.
