During their undergraduate studies at the Federal University of ABC, Felipe and Jean met and shared a vision of a promising future. Starting their careers in environmental consulting, they gained knowledge, honed their skills, and strengthened their partnership. This experience also reinforced their conviction that they could do more. In early 2020, driven by this desire, they decided to join forces to found RAÍZCON, an environmental consulting firm that reflected their values and commitments. With courage and their own capital, they embarked on this entrepreneurial journey, ready to face the challenges ahead. Little did they know that, soon after, a global pandemic would test the resilience of their dreams in difficult times. During this challenging period, they sought to understand the real needs of their clients and identify the best environmental solutions.
